A comfortable visit for people and cats.

Help keep the lounge calm, safe, and enjoyable. Please follow staff guidance throughout your visit.

• Pet gently. Do not pull a cat’s tail, ears, or any other part of its body. Let sleeping cats rest.
• Only adults and children ages 12 and older may pick up the cats.
• Children 15 and younger must be accompanied and supervised at all times.
• Let cats eat undisturbed. Do not give them human food or drinks.
• Speak quietly. Use the lounge’s toys for play, and walk rather than chase a cat.
• Furniture is for people to sit on; leave climbing to the cats.
• Please leave your own pets at home.
• Sanitize your hands before and after your visit.
• Photographs are welcome; please turn off the flash.
• Ask a staff member if you are interested in adoption. Notify staff immediately in an emergency.

Cats have their own personalities and reactions. Following the guidelines helps reduce risks, but staff cannot control every interaction.
