It’s true that Wolfe Ranch is a place to find peace and relaxation. But it’s the staff, board members, volunteers, prayer partners, and donors who make the Ranch what it is. The people of Wolfe Ranch believe in and are dedicated to its MISSION: “… to encourage hope, faith, and growth in the individuals, children, families in the communities …” of Marshall County and the surrounding area.
We believe with the Psalmist when he writes in Psalm 139:14 that we are each, “ … fearfully and wonderfully made.” The world we live in can make us feel expendable and easily replaced. At times our world can be a very scary place, but God declares through His prophet, Isaiah, “ … do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” (Isaiah 41:10 KJV) The Ranch is a place designed for you to experience the strength and love of a God who wants to uphold you.
Come to the Ranch to be encouraged, to find hope, and to grow. Come back because of the people here who “Serve as Christ Serves.”
BETH - "God has given me the gift of grace and it is my responsibility to also give this gift to all those I serve." I am proud to be an adopted child and this experience is one of the reasons I entered and have stayed within the field of social work. I attribute my strength, honesty and dedication to the consistent love of my parents. I know I was given a gift when God choose my parents and have counted my blessings my entire life. I have been married to my handsome and loving husband for the past 26 years, and we have five fur babies (always looking to add more). While I have spent the majority of my life in rural Iowa, I have taken advantage of multiple opportunities to live, serve and reside in large cities and foreign countries. I believe the largest growth takes place within the family and have dedicated my work the past 27 years to serving families through family therapy, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Functional Family Therapy. It is such a joy to witness families find hope within themselves and overcome their obstacles and realize they can be successful and thrive.
DEBBIE – I truly agree with our mission and know we do make a difference in a lot of lives…we need to continue.
